The application collects your name, email address, phone number, business description and pricing, revenue range, and role. Earlier versions also collected your goals. If you arrive through a campaign link, its campaign tags are saved with your application.

How we use it

Troy uses this information to review fit, prepare for the conversation, and contact you about the audit and potential consulting work. Your phone number is for personal follow-up about your application. Submitting this application does not subscribe you to marketing emails, automated texts, or prerecorded calls.

Where it is processed

The website is hosted by Vercel. Applications are stored in Supabase and available through Troy’s password-protected dashboard. Cal.com handles scheduling and appointment confirmations using the host’s connected calendar. The embedded case study loads from YouTube when you choose to play it. Those services process information under their own privacy policies.
